How long does the print last?
With DTF technology, the print holds up very well through washing, even after many cycles, when care instructions are followed (cold water, gentle drying, no bleach).
Can I use an image taken with my phone?
Yes, as long as the quality is sufficient. We recommend a resolution of at least 1000×1000 px. If the quality is too low, we will contact you before printing.
What are the production times?
Usually 2–4 business days for production, then 1–3 days for delivery in Quebec, depending on your region.
Can I order for a group or team?
Yes, of course. For 10 shirts or more, contact us and we can adjust the price and provide mockups.
How does payment work?
Payment is made securely online. We do not store your card information.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
Contact us with a photo of the product. If the issue is with the print or a defect, we will offer a solution (reprint or credit).
